What This Venture Aims to Solve
SWAPP addresses the challenge of fragmented operational coordination across complex environments. Large venues, construction sites, transport hubs, and facilities management operations rely on multiple disconnected systems to manage people, tasks, compliance, and incidents.
Critical operational activity is still coordinated through WhatsApp, phone calls, disconnected spreadsheets, and manual sign-in processes. This creates risk, inefficiency, and poor visibility — particularly in live or safety-critical environments.
What We're Building
SWAPP provides a single, modular operational platform that allows organisations to manage people, tasks, events, and compliance in one place.

Current Phase Work
SWAPP is a live platform generating recurring licence revenue, with contracts up to five years in length.
We are currently:
- Continuing modular platform expansion
- Improving multi-site management capabilities
- Enhancing integrations with payroll and third-party systems
- Preparing Version 3 release
- Expanding into new geographic markets
